    I just ran to Coney Island. First run of 2013 and it kicked my ass. I had to stop at least three times even though it was only three kilometers. The run was difficult not only because I am out of shape but it was windy, my headphones kept falling out, and I ate a huge bowl of captain crunch before. But it was worth it because I wanted to do this since I moved to my new place two months ago. #run #running #nikeplus #nyc #newyork #newyorkcity #coneyisland #brooklyn (at Coney Island Beach & Boardwalk)

    What an amazing meal. Had meatball smash with veggie meatballs, tomato sauce, and provolone cheese on a brioche roll. With a side salad and six point lager. Now I’m treating myself to an ice cream sandwich which is melting in front of me. It’s vanilla ice cream and chocolate chip cookie on top and snickerdoodle on the bottom. Wow. The service here is unbelievable and everyone is so nice and friendly. The staff is dancing and singing to every beyonce, shakira, and Rihanna song. I was tempted to leave when I came in because I’ve never been here before, but my exploring side told me to try it. I’m so happy. It’s like discovering a new restaurant in a foreign country. I’m so happy I came here. What an amazing find! (at The Meatball Shop)

    Always wanting to take risks and try new things, Bala and his sister Nishanthi came to the Russ Foundation only six months ago. Experiencing trials due to battling an on-going illness, he is finding meaning and purpose through his studies. Girls seem to always notice him and Bala welcomes the attention. Bala is a prolific photographer. He has already taken over 2,000 photographs.
